Day 27: Templates in MS Word

Introduction

Kabhi-kabhi hume document banane ke liye ek ready-made design ya format chahiye hota hai jisse time bach sake aur document professional dikhe. Isi purpose ke liye Templates ka use kiya jata hai.

Templates me already layout, fonts, styles aur formatting set hoti hai. Aapko sirf apna content add karna hota hai. Ye feature Microsoft Word me documents ko quickly create karne ke liye bahut useful hota hai.


Template Kya Hota Hai?

Template ek pre-designed document format hota hai jisme layout aur formatting pehle se set hoti hai.

  1. MS Word open karein

  2. File Tab par click karein

  3. New option select karein

Steps:

  1. Ek document design karein

  2. File → Save As par click karein

  3. File type me Word Template (.dotx) select karein

  4. File save karein
