Introduction

Jab hum document type karte hain to kabhi-kabhi spelling mistakes ya grammar errors ho jate hain. In mistakes ko identify aur correct karne ke liye MS Word me Spell Check & Grammar feature diya hota hai.

Ye feature automatically text ko check karta hai aur mistakes ko highlight karta hai. Is tool ki madad se document zyada accurate aur professional ban jata hai. Ye feature Microsoft Word me built-in hota hai.

Spell Check Kya Hota Hai?

Spell Check ka use document me galat spelling ko detect karne ke liye kiya jata hai.

Agar koi word galat type ho jata hai to MS Word us word ke niche red underline dikha deta hai.

Example:
Agar aap computar type karte hain to Word usse mistake show karega aur correct word suggest karega.

Spell Check Kaise Use Karein

  1. Document me red underline wale word par right click karein

  2. Suggested correct spelling list me dikhai degi

  3. Correct word par click karein

Isse spelling automatically correct ho jayegi.

Grammar Check Kya Hota Hai?

Grammar Check sentence ki grammar mistakes ko detect karta hai.

Agar sentence me grammar problem hoti hai to MS Word uske niche blue underline show karta hai.

Example:
Sentence: She go to school every day.
Correct: She goes to school every day.

Grammar Check Kaise Use Karein

  1. Blue underline wale sentence par right click karein

  2. Suggested correction ko select karein

Isse sentence automatically correct ho jayega.

Manual Spell Check

Agar aap pura document ek saath check karna chahte hain to manual spell check use kar sakte hain.

Steps:

  1. Review Tab par click karein

  2. Spelling & Grammar option select karein

  3. MS Word document ko scan karega aur errors show karega
