📘 Day 12: Tables – Create & Format in MS Word
🔹 Introduction
Kabhi-kabhi hume data ko rows aur columns me arrange karna hota hai — jaise marksheet, timetable, list, report etc.
Iske liye Table ka use kiya jata hai. Aap Microsoft Word me aasani se table create aur format kar sakte hain.
1️⃣ Table Create Kaise Karein?
Method 1: Quick Insert
Insert Tab par click karein
Table option par click karein
Mouse se rows aur columns select karein
Click karein – table ready ✅
Method 2: Insert Table Option
Insert → Table → Insert Table
Number of columns aur rows enter karein
OK click karein
2️⃣ Table Me Data Kaise Enter Karein?
Har cell me click karke typing karein
Next cell me jane ke liye Tab key press karein
3️⃣ Rows aur Columns Add/Delete Karna
Row Add Karna:
Table me click karein
Layout tab → Insert Above / Insert Below
Column Add Karna:
Layout tab → Insert Left / Insert Right
Delete Karna:
Row ya column select karein
Delete option choose karein
4️⃣ Table Formatting
Table ko attractive banane ke liye formatting use karein.

Shading (background color)
Borders
Bold header row
Borders Change Kaise Karein?
Table select karein
Design tab → Borders
Apna border style choose karein
Shading (Color) Kaise Add Karein?
Cell ya row select karein
Design tab → Shading
Color choose karein
5️⃣ Table Alignment
Table ko page ke center me lana ho:
Table select karein
Layout tab → Alignment option use karein

✔ Header row ko bold karein
✔ Data clear aur properly aligned rakhein
✔ Light color use karein (professional look ke liye)
✔ Zyada heavy border avoid karein
